Four Things!!!
Written on April 6, 2012 at 5:25 pm, by adminHere are four key things that your credit score can impact today:
- Your insurance rates. Insurers have found links between credit scores and insurance risk, leading some to factor in scores when determining your rates.
- Your mortgage rate. Because of the size of the transaction, variations in your rate can be particularly costly here.
- Your suitability for employment. Some companies are checking the credit history of job candidates before deciding who to hire.
- Your credit card rates. The best credit card rates go to those who need it the least — those with a low debt-to-credit ratio
Disputes On Your Credit ????
Written on February 27, 2012 at 9:33 pm, by adminIf your credit report is showing any disputes this can hold up the pre-approval process. The disputes can be deleted by the customer holding the account but much persistence is required! Call each credit bureau that is listing the dispute and asked for those to be deleted from your credit report. This may take muliple phone calls but your persis
tence will pay off as the lender will ask for this to be done
most likely anyway.

Be Careful !!
Written on October 25, 2011 at 8:15 pm, by adminThe zero interest credit card is, of course, a fantastic deal if you pay your balance off in time. If you don’t, it’s a little like having a financial hand grenade blow up your bank account. Even if you’re just a day or two late, and only owe another $20, all of the interest from day one will come back to haunt you.
